At Waking Up 2 Wellness, we believe connection is key.
When relationships are supported well, teams experience less friction and misunderstanding, and greater capacity to work together with clarity, trust, and care.
Our work creates space for reflection — helping people notice themselves (me), each other (we), and the system they are part of (us). Through this process, new awareness emerges, conversations shift, and change becomes possible in ways that are sustainable and meaningful.
Rather than fixing problems or imposing solutions, we hold space for people to slow down, notice what is really happening in their working relationships, and engage with one another more consciously.

About Tania Hogg
Waking Up 2 Wellness was founded by Tania Hogg, an accredited coach with decades of corporate experience working in complex organisational environments, including higher education.
Her coaching is grounded in lived experience of navigating change, relationships, and organisational complexity. Known for her calm presence and deep listening, Tania supports people to reflect, gain insight, and engage more consciously — enabling change that feels both practical and sustainable.

Our work blends thoughtful structure with empathy, creating reflective spaces where people can explore how they relate, communicate, and work together.
Workshops and coaching engagements are shaped by three interconnected perspectives:
