These resources will help you on your faith journey. We need to choose what we believe. There are many voices in the world that tell us we are not enough, we are unloved and we are not safe. We have a daily chance and choice to replace these lies with the that you are LOVED, you are WANTED, you are SAFE and you have a PURPOSE! These resources will help you replace the lies in your mind with the wonderful gift and inheritance we are given as children of God! 2 Tim 1v7 For God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love and of a sound mind.

Lift your eyes to the Lord
The "Lift your eyes to the Lord" resource outlines steps along the journey. We may take a step forward and then take two steps back. Or rush ahead or stay still. Everyone has a unique journey. This provides a useful framework to assess your personal situation.

Lift your eyes, to lift your experience
This resource shows the upward and downward spiral of our emotions. Without emotion regulation and keeping our eyes focused on Jesus, we run the risk of spiraling down. Practice pausing and paying attention to your thoughts and feelings and become aware of your ability to choose your response to the moment and situation. When you are spiralling down it is really hard to lift your eyes up!
