Service Description

We help you strengthen connection, trust, and performance through actionable insights and courageous dialogue. Teams leave with shared agreements, new language for talking about challenges, and a roadmap for sustaining connection under pressureOrganisational and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) is a proven approach designed to enhance communication, build psychological safety, and foster resilience within teams. By utilising ORSC techniques, we will empower our teams to develop actionable wellbeing and engagement strategies, creating a more cohesive, adaptable, and high-performing team environment. The ORSC Approach ORSC is grounded in a systemic approach, which means it views individuals and teams not just as isolated entities, but as interconnected parts of a larger system. In a team, the individual members, their relationships, group dynamics, and shared values all form part of the system that influences behavior, decision-making, and outcomes. This approach recognizes that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, and it emphasizes the importance of understanding and working with these interconnections to create lasting change. ORSC helps teams to: • Understand Group Dynamics: It moves beyond individual behavior and explores how interactions between team members influence the system as a whole. This helps identify patterns of communication, trust, and conflict that may be shaping team performance and wellbeing. • Acknowledge Shared Responsibility: Each team member is not only responsible for their own actions but also for contributing to the overall health of the team. A systemic view highlights how everyone plays a role in the team's collective wellbeing, engagement, and performance. • Address Systemic Challenges: By looking at the system as a whole, teams can identify and address underlying issues that affect their wellbeing and engagement, such as unspoken tensions, lack of trust, or unresolved conflicts. • Leverage Collective Strength: The systemic approach encourages teams to tap into the collective wisdom, creativity, and energy of the group. By recognising the value of diverse perspectives, teams can work together more effectively, ensuring all voices are heard and that everyone is aligned toward common goals. Workshop Duration: 6 hours (with a suggested 90-minute break for lunch) Ideally on client site or online. Group Size: Ideal for groups of up to 15 participants for optimal engagement.
