Has your quiet time gone stale? Here's a framework to keep you focused.

Sometimes our daily quiet time can become stale and uninspired. I often wonder how Jesus spent his quiet time and what approach He used. I guessed that he closely aligned with the Lord's prayer format.
I have come up with a framework for my quiet time, (starting in the middle of the page) with a deep reflection on the foundation of my faith which provides that stability of freedom and belonging - reminding me of the power, authority, and oneness we gain in our faith.

Then I shift my focus to the inheritance/gift (middle circle) which reinforces my confidence and peace by recalling the promises and gifts given to those who believe.

And then finally I focus on the intention for the day (the outer circle of our reality/practice) and pray into all those situations my heart yearns for, and challenge worldly mindsets allowing me to be more aligned with the Light. This would be different for others who have other challenges/aspirations

I wondered if this framework aligns neatly with the Lord's prayer, and had a go at testing this. The inner circle closely aligns with the "Our Father, who art in Heaven",

The middle and outer circle with the "thy Kingdom come, thy Will be done, in heaven as it is in earth".

With the rest of the prayer overlapping with the middle and outer circle.

Here's a link to the framework for you to download - along with my other resources.
Here is a link to a recording of a daily quiet time session, using the framework as a guide and prayer.
Let me know if this works to improve the quality of your quiet time.
God Bless
